Objectives

objective was to increase the knowledge and differentiate the

the share of wallet. They wanted also to enable strategic analysis
on profitability and put in place lead generation. The second

Objectives
The objective of the new
portal is to download the workload of the callcenter and provide
secured and personalised information.
The portal should promote
self services to reduce costs, provide secured direct access to
the financial information, be more proactive by providing personalised
information, emails and notifications. The information provided
should be more up to date thanks to automated workflows to process
the generated content.

blocks, a subscription service, a content management and workflow

analysis and reports on funds. This information has to be up to
date, easy to find and access and well secured.
Objectives
The objective was to put
in place a new platform to support personalised information and
personalised subscriptions, profiling, access via different channels
and a secured infrastructure.
The added value provided
to the business partners should help to increase the volume of
transactions generated.
Description of the solution
The portal offers
a personalised and personalisable interface with a subscription
center, a funds selector, a multichannel push and pull mechanism(web,
email, fpt, fax, printer) and a multiformat reporting system.
Technologies
The portal is based on a
J2EE archicture supported by Weblogic, Alta Vista Search, Business
Objects Webi, an LDAP directory, Netpoint Access and Identity
Management, Digipass, Oracle.
